Linda Evangelista wants Salma Hayek's husband to pay $46K


Linda Evangelista is Salma Hayek's husband, the French billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault, to pay her $ 46,000 a month child support, amid reports that he is the father of the 4-year old son of the supermodel, reports say.
 The parties have no comment. Evangelista, 46, filed the request with a court in New York on Monday, August 1 the magazines People and Us Weekly reported.

The news that the supermodel was trying to get a child support agreement surfaced in July when a meeting Evangelista at a court in New York attended to achieve. Pinault did not make an appearance, but one of his lawyers took part in a conference call with the attorney of the supermodel's. According to court records, lawyers from both parties have been summoned to a court meeting in mid September.

Court papers filed in July, saying: "It was decided that Pinault is the father of James Augustin," says People magazine.

Evangelista has never publicly revealed the identity of the father of her son, Augustin James, who was born on October 11, 2006 in New York City. Her spokesman has repeatedly denied that have suggested Pinault is the father.

Pinault, the 49-year-old luxury goods company PPR CEO, which owns Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent, has confirmed three children, a 3-year-old daughter with Hayek, 44, and a son and daughter from a previous marriage first.

Hayek Pinault met in Venice in May 2006, months after Evangelista's son was conceived, and in March 2007, the two announced that the actress was pregnant and that they were engaged. They welcomed their daughter, Valentina Paloma, on September 21 of that year.

In July 2008, the two announced that they had split and called for their betrothal. They reconciled a few months later and married on February 14, 2009 - Valentine's Day - in Paris. They had a second, larger wedding on April 25 of that year in Venice, where she meets.
